1 - How long does shipping take?
Usually about a week. In some countries it takes a little longer, but your order confirmation email will show you your expected delivery date before you confirm your order.

3 - My PopSocket product just broke, what can I do?
If you suspect that your PopSockets product may be broken, you can submit a request via the "Contact Us" form. One of our customer-obsessed agents will be more than happy to help you! Please include images of the product, as well as your order number or a photo of your receipt if you purchased your product from a retailer in order to speed up the process.
4 - Can I pay with cash on delivery (COD)?
We are working on providing this as an option, but we do not currently accept COD.
5 - Are all the products in the PopSockets ecosystem compatible with one another?
Yes! All PopGrips, Slide Stretches, and PopWallets are compatible with our PopMounts and most all phones and cases!
6 - Why was my customized order rejected or cancelled?
Great question! Orders may be rejected due to profanity, obscene or inappropriate images, and unauthorized licensed images. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.
7 - Are all of the tops of the PopGrips swappable?
Yes all tops on the PopGrips, Slide Stretches, and PopWallets+ form our Official Store have tops that can be moved interchangeably.
8 - Are the PopGrips repositionable?
Yes! Our PopGrips are repositionable within 24-48 hours!
9 - Which types of images am I allowed to use when creating my own PopGrip or PopWallet+?
Anything you design yourself or have official approval for us to print we are happy to do so!
10 - Which Slide Stretch version are you selling?
Currently, we have the squared version of the Slide Stretch. This style is compatible with most all cases...so, do not worry!
