Delivery & Returns
- RETURNS & REFUNDS
You can drop us a return request via Contact Us Form or write in to firstname.lastname@example.org to return your items to us and opt for refunds, as long as they reach us within 14 working days from the delivery date for local Singapore orders. We only accept returns for items that are purchased from PopSockets Singapore Website and in unopened, complete, original packaging.
- DO I NEED TO PAY TO RETURN MY ITEMS?
Fees will not be charged for returns. All you have to do is return the item personally at our office or cover the Registered Mail postage to send the item back to us and we'll take care of everything else!
- WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS AND WHEN CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Upon order confirmation, we'll need up to 2 business days to process and pack your parcel. It'll then be dispatched to be mailed out via Singpost Normal Mail or door-to-door delivery via Simplypost.
- Singpost Normal Mail: 2-8 working days upon order confirmation. ( Free )
- Simplypost Courier Delivery (With Tracking Number) : 1-3 working days upon order confirmation. ( S$4.90 / Order )
- ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR LOCAL COURIER RE-DELIVERY?
A re-delivery charge of S$4.90 will be applicable for all bounced parcels to be delivered again.
- DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
- I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PARCEL. WHO CAN I CONTACT?

- WHAT ARE THE MODES OF PAYMENT?
We offer the following modes of payment - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
- I RECEIVED A WRONG/DEFECTIVE ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order and we will assist you accordingly!
- CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?
Yes you may do so but please drop us an e-mail beforehand at email@example.com. We will only accept exchanges for items that are unopened and in original condition.
