      • RETURNS & REFUNDS

      You can drop us a return request at online@appcessory.com.sg to return your items to us and opt for refunds, as long as they reach us within 14 working days from the delivery date for local Singapore orders. We accept returns for items that are unopened and in complete original packaging. 

       

      • DO I NEED TO PAY TO RETURN MY ITEMS?

      Fees will not be charged for returns. All you have to do is cover the postage to send the item back to us and we'll take care of everything else!

       

      • WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS AND WHEN CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

      Upon order confirmation, we'll need up to 2 business days to process and pack your parcel. It'll then be dispatched to be mailed out via Singpost Normal Mail or our local courier partner.

      • Singpost Normal Mail: 2-8 working days upon order confirmation. ( Free )
      • Local Courier Delivery: 1-2 working days upon order confirmation. ( S$7.00 / Order )

       

      • ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR LOCAL COURIER RE-DELIVERY?

      A re-delivery charge of S$7.00 will be applicable for all bounced parcels to be delivered again.

       

      • DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

      No.

       

      • I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PARCEL. WHO CAN I CONTACT?

      If you have trouble retrieving information about your delivery, please email us at online@appcessory.com.sg with your order number and we will be happy to assist!

       

      • WHAT ARE THE MODES OF PAYMENT?

      We offer the following modes of payment - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

       

      • I RECEIVED A WRONG/DEFECTIVE ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

      Please email us at online@appcessory.com.sg within 14 days of receiving your order and we will assist you accordingly!

       

      • CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?

      We regret that online purchases may not be returned for an exchange at the moment.
